Charles Fortier aka Kressel, was conquered by electronic music since the late 90s. He then discovered and mastered certain music sequence programs such as Ableton Live to compose and manipulate rhythms and grooves. His greatest influences were deeply impregnated in the techno and minimal techno sounds of the labels Minus, Kompakt, Perlon, Mobilee, Resopal, Trapez and Get physical.
Overwhelmed by the minimal stage and tech-house, his style at the same time "techy", "transcendent" and "deep" makes his performances LIVE catchy and always surprising. The composing of his compositions live gives him all the latitude and control required in the development of the mix. To the delight of the artist and the crowd, unsuspected and pleasant harmonies and sound combinations make the performance exciting and always dynamic.
