PSR038 - Hicky & Kalo - Outage EP
Fast-rising duo Hicky and Kalo are back with their first original release since the massively successful Borealis EP last year. Luminous Path EP is another majestic outing with two tracks custom-built for the dancefloor. The Canadian duo had the opportunity to road test each cut on the immaculate soundsystem at the world-renowned Stereo in Montreal, where they are hosting a monthly residency.
'Outage' open the EP with a rolling bassline, it fuses a massive low sound stab with a beautiful melody in its bells.'Luminous Path' completes the package with a vibrant melodic line of its own, which expands throughout the piece.
It's another great release from the young pair that will solidify their foothold on the progressive house scene worldwide.
